She was originally brought into a shelter in Philadelphia after being found as a stray. This shelter is the only open intake shelter for the entire city and is extremely underfunded and overcrowded. Mabeline was pulled as part of Angel Retreat’s ACCT’s of Love program and was provided with medical care she desperately needed since she tested positive for Parvo and was time stamped for euthanasia. Also given a lot of healing love, Mabeline is fully recovered and ready for a home of her own!
