Hi Neighbor!

Raise your hand if you dread daylight saving time — when we turn the clocks back and it’s dark practically right after lunch. Same. It's 5:30 I’m already thinking about putting on my PJs and curling up on the couch. Pretty sure I have seasonal affective disorder (self-diagnosed, of course).

I love fall — the colors, the crisp air, football, food — but the early darkness always gets to me. This year, though, I’m changing my mindset. Instead of dreading the dark, I’m focusing on appreciating the light — getting outside every day, soaking up the sunshine and Vitamin D.
