The Brandywine Valley SPCA’s Summer Mega Adoption® Event, supported by Best Friends, and community partners Fetch and national nonprofit organization Petco Love,the largest adoption event in the country, is coming to Newark, Delaware June 20 and 21.

More than 1,000 adorable adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens will be looking for their forever homes during the two-day event. There is a Mega Match for everyone: big loving dogs and teeny tiny dogs, seasoned seniors, little puppies, purring cats, and playful kittens!

Stop by June 20 & 21 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Bob Carpenter Center in Newark, De for this can’t-miss event, supported by Best Friends.

Adoption fees are just $35 and include spay/neuter, microchip, and up-to-date vaccines. It’s everything you need to start your new life together!

Don’t miss your chance to fall in love early! Skip the crowds and get a head start on meeting your perfect match with exclusive early entry. A limited number of fast passes are available for Saturday only, giving you access from 9–10 a.m. before doors officially open.

From setting up and breaking down, to walking dogs, feeding animals, and everything in between, there’s a role for everyone. With flexible shifts and a variety of time slots available, it’s easy to find something that fits your schedule. Plus, all volunteers receive on-site training before jumping in!
