TWO LOST PETS NEED HOMES

Calm, joyful, house trained Sherman and Happy, loving Tooter

are available for adoption through the Montgomery County SPCA.

Sherman is "an absolute joy since arriving at the shelter" say the staff. He's calm and well-mannered and longs to be your loyal companion. Sherman was a stray and appears to be house trained, keeping his kennel clean and rarely having accidents.Sweetheart Sherman enjoys peaceful walks and has excellent leash manners—sometimes walking in a perfect heel! He’s handler-focused, making him a joy to walk with. Sherman takes treats gently and waits patiently for them to be offered, and he’s also learned to sit independently, whether for a treat or for love and attention. He’s toy-focused at times but will happily trade one toy for another and waits for the fun to begin! He would likely do best in a home as the only dog, where he can be the center of attention and enjoy all the love you have to offer. Fill out an adoption application

Tooter is a 1.5-year-old energetic, friendly, intelligent husky. A magnificent young husky – active, playful and always ready for an adventure! He was found as a stray.Blue-eyed Tooter loves to run so a fenced yard would be heaven for him and he's doing really well with walking and heeling training. Volunteers say he’s a smart guy who responds well to positive reinforcement, especially treats. He'd do best in a home where people are familiar with the breed and enjoy his energetic, enthusiastic nature. He'll be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready when you are. If handsome Tooter could be a great fit for your family, stop by the Conshohocken location to meet him, or fill out an adoption application
