Hi Neighbor!

All good things eventually come to an end, and like it’s predecessor Sex and the City, Downton Abbey is on the big screen (again) before taking what we presume will be its final bow. Delighting viewers since 2010 for six season comprised of fifty-two shows including five Christmas specials and two previous film adaptations, it seems this is the end for the Crawley clan.

Our students are highly engaged and find happiness through a variety of positive, life-changing experiences, which in turn fosters their success in life.

Bumpy Start but Hoping for Happy Home

Chloe - Puppy Chloe is a beautiful boxer mix with lots of kisses and wiggles awaiting a lucky adoptive family.
Rescued from a Lancaster County puppy mill, likely the result of unprofessional breeding practices, Cloe was born with one atrophied eye. It doesn’t slow her down from the joys of being a puppy. Her sweet face and happy temperament will win your heart from hello.

Lucy - Lovely Lucy is a classic young lady, an adorable 1 year old German Shepherd mix. She was found as a stray, abandoned and hiding in Philadelphia. Despite having been on her own for a while, Lucy responds gently to people and plays well with large dogs. She would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, a regular schedule and positive reinforcement. Just, please, no cats or small dogs for this girl.

Angel’s Retreat is passionate about selecting adopters who believe a dog should be loved and chosen for their personality, not for their breed or looks. This philosophy of love me for who I am, not what I am, is important for a successful life-long adoption, but it's also what everyone deserves, to be loved for who we are.
